1. Ingredients to be prepared:

  • 300g dry rice flour
  • 100g fresh shrimp
  • 300g bean sprouts
  • 100g lean pork shoulder
  • 2 chicken eggs
  • Onion, garlic, chili
  • Seasoning: Salt, sugar, cooking oil, monosodium glutamate
  • 100g ham

2. How to make Hue standard cake simple and delicious:

Step 1: Prepare ingredients

• You put the rice flour through the filter, filter until the flour is smooth and then slowly add water. Next, season the flour with a little salt, monosodium glutamate and mix well until the dough is smooth.

• The pork you buy is washed, chopped, and then hand-washed into small balls like marbles.

Step 4: Finally, you pour 2 tablespoons of egg evenly over the cake with 1 tablespoon of cooking oil and then fry until the egg surface is golden, then turn off the heat and put the cake on a plate. Note, when frying, you should spread a thin layer of dough and fry with low heat so that the dough is crispy, not burnt. Continue doing this until you run out of ingredients.

Step 5: Make the dipping sauce

Put the pan on the stove, when the pan is hot, add sesame oil so that the oil is hot, add chili sauce and stir-fry until the color changes. After 5 minutes, the mixture has boiled, then add the black sauce and sugar. Then add flour to the mixture and stir well, add crushed peanuts until the broth thickens, then turn off the heat. When the water is cold, it can be used, add crushed garlic chili according to taste.
