Introduction to Dalat Cable Car
Dalat Cable Car runs from Robin Hill Sation to the Truc Lam Monastery and was built by an Austrian company. This is one of the longest cable car routes built in Vietnam. The ride covers the length of 2,3km, with 50 brightly painted cabins spanning the distance. With an altitude of 1,517 m above sea level, the panoramic views of Dalat are really worth the visit.

- Note that the cable cars stop running during lunch time from 11:30 – 13:00.
Best Time to Take the Cable Car in Robin Hill
For the most enjoyable ride and the best experience of admiring the poetic beauty of Dalat City, you should take Cable Car in the morning about 9:00 or in the late afternoon after 15:00. During these hours the weather is gentle, not too cold and too sunny, so you can enjoy time and see the whole dream city from above clearly.

How to Get to Dalat Cable Car?
To get to the Da Lat Cable Car starting point from central Da Lat, the most convenient method is by a short drive via taxi, ride-sharing service, or private vehicle. The main departure station is located on Robin Hill .
Getting to Robin Hill Station:
The primary station is easily accessible from the Da Lat city center, about 3 km away.

- Operating Hours: Generally open from 7:30 AM to 4:45 PM, with a midday break on certain weekdays.
Transportation Options:
– Taxi/Ride-Sharing (Recommended): The most convenient way to reach the station. Taxis are readily available in Da Lat, and ride-sharing apps like Grab operate extensively in the city. The trip from the city center typically takes less than 15 minutes.
– Bus: You can take a local bus to the general area, though specific routes to the cable car station might be limited. The station is at the beginning of the Prenn Pass.
– Motorbike: You can rent a motorbike in Da Lat and drive yourself. Parking is available at the station.
