• Tiger -Elephant Arena: This is only coloseum in Vietnam, and is one of the most interesting sights in Hue. It was built in 1830 during the reign of Emperor Minh Mang. The Royal Family usually arranged the duels between elephants and tigers for the entertainment and propaganda until 1904.
• Vong Canh Hill ( Known as Former American Bunkers): This was the place the Nguyen Emperors chose to take a rest and sightseeing. This was also an army base of US Army during the Vietnam War, and there are still some army bunkers left here.
• Conical Hat and Incense Making Workshop. That specializes in making incense sticks and conical Hats. There you will have chance to learn about how local people have been using traditional way to make for their living generations to generations. You can also try making incense sticks for your souvenir.
• Historical Chin Ham Relic (means 9 Bunkers Prison). This prison was first built by French and used as weapon storages during French War. But when Vietnam War started in 1954. Ngo Dinh Can used these bunkers to confine Viet Cong and Hue local people. Most of Bunkers were destroyed by bombs during war time and only one is being preserved now.
• Thanh Toan Village. Visit local market (open in the Morning Only), Thanh Toan Covered Bridge. We experience the peaceful rural life of Hue People. This will be a chance for you to get closer to local people and learn about their daily life.
• Dam Chuon Fishing Village: A typical fishing village in Hue. There we will take the boat and enjoy fishing activities with local man: catching fish by fishing net and fishing trap, before our delicious local seafood lunch served on the stilted house in the middle of water. After that, we continue our drive back to your hotel and finish our trip.
