• Day 1: Hanoi Transfer to Bai Chay – Ha Long Bay Tour – Overnight on Boat (L/D):

08.00 – 8.30: You get pick up from Hotels in Hanoi Old Quarter for Halong Bay 2 Days 1 Night Cruise. We then leave Ha Noi city for Ha Long International Cruise Port in Bai Chay town, Ha Long city. Refresh up at the lounge.

12.00 – 12.30: Embark Oriental Sails. Enjoy welcome drink and get a brief introduction about cruise and safety guidelines. Check-in your cabin.

13.15: Have lunch while cruising in the magnificent Ha Long Bay, admiring the fascinating nature, then anchor at Titop Island area.

15.00 – 16.00: Join a guided visit to Sung Sot Cave (also called Amazing Cave), one of the biggest and the most beautiful cave in Ha Long Bay.

16.00 – 17.00: Climb to the peak of Titop Island for the panorama view of the bay. Going down and relaxing on the beach, swimming in the crystal water.

17.20 – 17.30: Return Oriental Sails, enjoying the sunset while relaxing with Happy hour from now to dinner time at the bar.

07.00 – 08.00: Catch morning view of seascapes with a cup of tea or coffee, have breakfast while charming the labyrinth of Karst.

8:00 – 9.00: Join a guided to explore hidden parts of the bay, Luon cave. You share a sampan with other tourists with a local rower or taking a kayak on your own.

09.00: Return to Oriental Sails for shower.

09.30: Check out your room. Oriental Sails weighs the anchor to continue to roam the picturesque route toward Bai Chay bridge for photos.

10.50: Have lunch.

11.30 – 11.45: Disembark. Cruise ends.

12h00 – 16h30: Transfer back to Ha Noi City and Halong Bay Cruise 2 Days, 1 Night finishes at the hotel around 16h30.

What to Take for the Tour:

We suggest a small, lightweight daypack for cameras, extra film, bottled water, swimming gear, insect repellents, credit card and cash.

Please bring original passports with valid visa for checking in as this is regulation of Tourism Authority Department in Halong Bay.

For safety reasons, these passengers below are not highly recommended to do overnight cruise in Halong Bay:

• Person with disability: physical or sensory
• Person who has symptoms of hallucinations, sleepwalking, fear of being enclosed, epilepsy…
• Person who is more than 80
• Person who is over 120kg

For environmental protection, Ha Long Bay is PROHIBITED to use plastic bags and bottles, one use plastic bottle. If our customers intentionally violate, they will be refused service and may be fine according to Notice No. 475/TB-UBND of Quang Ninh province and Notice No.370/BQLVHL/NVNC.

Change of Tour Itinerary:

• The above cruise itinerary is subject to change due to weather, tide levels and operating conditions without prior notice. And the meals mentioned above may be changed to set menu if clients are less than 25 people
• Promotion might be applied; inclusions and exclusions might be changed – you will be informed of changes upon booking.

Information before the tour:

• To register a night stay order at the request of the Management Board and the Immigration Department. Our customers are responsible for providing full guest information for Adventure Journey including:
• Full name, Date of birth, gender, Identity card number/Passport number and place of issue for Vietnamese guests. Or Passport, Visa number in Vietnam for foreign guests; number of guests, service start and end date, room type on board, special requirements if any (vegetarian, dietary, disabled, honeymoon, birthday,) at least 01 day before departure date. So, our suppliers have enough time to prepare thoughtful services for guests.
• Bring Valid ID / Passport: Customer is responsible for bringing passport for foreigners, identity card/passport/birth certificate for Vietnamese. Adventure Journey is not responsible for the customer’s missed service or the costs incurred if the Customer provides incomplete information or provides incomplete and inaccurate temporary residence declaration information to Adventure. Journey before boarding time.

Ship Port and Boarding Time:

• If customers do not use the car pick-up service of Adventure Journey. Adventure Journey will notify customers by email, phone, …  about the pick-up and drop-off location. Pick-up and drop-off time at the overnight cruise port. Our customers are responsible for arriving at the right time and place. In case our customers do not arrive at the port on time. Our customers must bear all the costs of transportation to the ship (if any) or the fee to change to another program for the guest if the Bay Management Board does not allow disembarkation.

Cancellation of the Boat Trip:

• Cancellation by Our Customers:

We deeply regret your decision to cancel your trip. However, we realize that there are many valid reasons to make this happen. So, we always try our best to work with our local suppliers to have the best flexible terms & conditions possible for our travelers. The refund will be made only if our local suppliers agree to cancel pre-booked services. After we calculate the costs that are not refundable. The refund will be made as below:

• Cancellation by Adventure Journey:

Due to the agreements with our local boat suppliers. In case Adventure Journey must cancel the service due to unforeseen reasons such as natural disasters, wars, epidemics, the port does not issue permission due to storms, floods, damaged ships, natural disasters, acts of war or terrorism, strike, government orders or regulations, accident. Adventure Journey will notify the traveler/Travel Agent as soon as possible to help customers proactively change their travel schedule accordingly.

• Cancellation Notice before Departure Day:

Boat Cruises Cancellation Notice will be made via Phone, Email and accompanied by a suggestion of other Alternative Departure Dates or Services (if any). Or alternatively travelers can get full refund from Adventure Journey.

• Cancellation Notice on the Departure Day:

Boat Cruises Cancellation Notice is made when guests are on the way. Or have arrived at Ha Long International Port. Adventure Journey will arrange lunch for guests on board. Or at Adventure Journey’s Partner Restaurants and Transfer Services return to Hanoi. The cost of these services will be minimized to save on budget for customers, specifically as follows:

In case Adventure Journey has been granted an order to stay overnight and take guests to visit the bay overnight. But suddenly after receiving a request to return to the wharf due to bad weather. Adventure Journey has no responsibility to refund the customer.

– Please note that, all refund of Boat Cruises Cancellation will be transferred to PayPal Account of travelers. And the refund excludes baking fees, money transfer, our travelers will have to pay for these costs.
