Itinerary

Agreed Time: Our informative local guide and experienced driver will pick you up from your hotel for Mekong Delta Private Tour 1 Day. We depart for the Mekong Delta with about 2 hours and half road journey.

Upon arrival into My Tho City of Tien Giang province. We board our private boat for a cruise to enjoy fantastic scenery of the Mekong River. We will stop at Unicorn Islet to visit a local garden. And get experiences of local life from a small house and daily activities of local people. Life in the Mekong Delta revolves much around the river. And all the villages are often accessible by river as well as by road.

After enjoying seasonal fruits and listening to traditional music. The boat takes us to Ben Tre province which is formed from 3 different islets such as An Hoa, Minh, and Bao islet. We stop on An Hoa islet to visit a local coconut candy family business. And learning about how local people are making for their daily living then taste some candies – a special product in Mekong Delta.

We then take motor cart (about 08km) through coconut garden Phu An Hoa. Sightseeing local people’s daily activities along villages paths to family restaurant for lunch with some local Vietnamese dishes. Then having a break on the hammock.

After the special Mekong lunch and break, we transfer to a smaller rowing boat allowing us to get deeper into the smaller canals of the Delta to get back to our big boat. The motor boat moves slowly along the river banks with floating fish farms then returns to My Tho for the journey back to Ho Chi Minh City and finish our Private Mekong Delta 1 Full Day Trip.
